$1.50 per gallon tax credit for sustainable aviation fuel produced or blended in Minnesota cannot be claimed until the environmental impact statement is completed

Department of Agriculture prohibited from awarding any grants to sustainable aviation fuel producers or blenders until the environmental impact statement is completed

Existing tax credit structure remains at $1.50 per gallon for fuel produced or blended in Minnesota and sold for use in aircraft departing from Minnesota airports

Taxpayers may claim credit for either blending or producing sustainable aviation fuel, but not both; excess credits beyond tax liability are refundable
