Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256B.073, subdivision 2, to expand the categories of services requiring electronic visit verification (EVV)

Adds services from providers designated "high-risk" by the commissioner using federal Medicare provider criteria under 42 CFR 424.518

Adds services independently designated as "high-risk" by the commissioner, separate from provider type

Grants the commissioner authority to designate any other program or service for EVV requirements

Existing EVV requirements remain for personal care assistance, community first services and supports, home health services, and services required under the 21st Century Cures Act
