Prospective tenants may request an in-person visit or, if unable to visit in person, a remote electronic viewing of the unit

Any waiver of these viewing rights in a lease agreement is void as contrary to public policy

Violations entitle tenants to recover treble (triple) actual and consequential damages or $1,000, whichever is greater, plus reasonable attorney fees
