Expands existing protections that currently cover diabetes, asthma, and allergies requiring epinephrine auto-injectors

Cost-sharing limits apply to co-payments and coinsurance for both prescription drugs and related medical supplies necessary to treat the condition

Effective January 1, 2027, applying to health plans offered, issued, or renewed on or after that date
