Standard watercraft 19 feet or less drops from $59 to $27; watercraft under 17 feet drops from $36 to $18; personal watercraft drops from $85 to $37.50

Larger watercraft fees reduced: 19-26 feet from $113 to $45; 26-40 feet from $164 to $67.50; 40+ feet from $209 to $90

Commercial hire watercraft over 19 feet (with operator) reduced from $164 to $75; dealer's license reduced from $142 to $67.50

Repeals the statutory definition of "other commercial operation" and removes references to charter fishing, commercial fishing, and commercial passenger carrying from commercial watercraft licensing language
