Amends Minnesota Statutes section 363A.03, subdivision 44, to update the definition of "sexual orientation" under the Minnesota Human Rights Act

Defines sexual orientation as to whom someone is, or is perceived as being, emotionally, physically, or sexually attracted based on sex or gender identity

Specifies that attraction may be to men, women, both, neither, or to people who are genderqueer, androgynous, or have other gender identities

Explicitly excludes physical or sexual attraction to children by an adult from the definition of sexual orientation
