Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 3.195, subdivision 1, governing distribution of reports to the legislature

Creates an exception to existing report distribution procedures specifically for mandatory committee reports

Maintains existing requirement that agencies file one copy with the Legislative Reference Library and make reports available electronically to the library
