Expands Medical Assistance chiropractic coverage from individuals under age 21 to all enrollees, removing the previous age restriction

Covered services include treatment for acute spinal pain, chronic spinal pain, and neuromusculoskeletal conditions, including medical evaluation, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and therapeutic exercises

Limits non-x-ray chiropractic visits to 24 per year unless prior authorization is obtained for additional visits

X-ray coverage restricted to radiological examinations of the full spine, pelvis, or sacroiliac joints necessary to support a diagnosis of subluxation

Repeals MinnesotaCare's separate chiropractic services provision (section 256L.03, subdivision 3b), effective January 1, 2027, or upon federal approval
