Increases funding for the local food purchasing assistance grant program in FY2027 from $700,000 to $1,200,000, adding $500,000 to support food distribution to communities

Increases the Agricultural Marketing and Development subdivision appropriation for FY2027 from $23,301,000 to $23,801,000

Amends Laws 2025, chapter 34, article 1, section 2, which was previously modified during the 2025 First Special Session
