Creates a teacher classroom support grant program administered by the Commissioner of Education through 501(c)(3) partner organizations with experience operating charitable, project-based platforms for teachers

Eligible recipients include licensed teachers and specialized instructional support personnel (school counselors, social workers, paraprofessionals, library media specialists) employed full-time by school districts or charter schools

Grants capped at $600 per recipient may fund microcredentials, professional development courses, classroom supplies and materials, new teacher needs, curriculum implementation for reading/math/science standards, and special projects for English language learners, READ Act implementation, and student mental health

Partner organizations may supplement state funds with private donations from businesses and philanthropic entities, which can be directed to specific grade levels, content areas, or geographic regions

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund for fiscal year 2027, with up to 3% available for administration and funds expiring June 30, 2027
