Appropriates $3,200,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant to the city of Stewartville

Funds construction of approximately one mile of 15th Avenue NE within High Forest Township limits, adjacent to and bordering Stewartville

Authorized uses include roadway improvement and paving, drainage improvements at the intersection with 6th Street NE, and replacement of culverts and storm sewers

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,200,000 to fund the project

Effective the day following final enactment
