Repeals the "green economy" definition and coordination provisions (section 116J.437) that previously guided economic development and environmental policy integration across state agencies

Eliminates the Minnesota Green Enterprise Assistance program (section 116J.438), which coordinated multiagency efforts to expedite grants, permits, and approvals for green economy projects

Repeals the Tourism Loan Program (section 116J.617), which provided loans up to 50% of project costs to resorts, campgrounds, and lodging facilities with terms up to 10 years for real property

Eliminates the Minnesota Science and Technology Economic Development Project (section 116J.658) and the Economic Response Team (section 116J.872), which was required to contact at-risk businesses within 24 hours

Removes "green economy" references from grant priority criteria for the Redevelopment Grant Program and eligible project criteria for Minnesota Investment Fund assistance
