Health plans must cover routine immunizations without cost-sharing (no deductibles, copays, or coinsurance) when recommended by the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, American Academy of Pediatrics, or the West Coast Health Alliance, effective July 1, 2026

Establishes the Minnesota Science-Based Vaccine Advisory Council with at least 16 members including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, public health officials, and Tribal health representatives, with appointments due by September 1, 2026

The advisory council must develop and publish annual recommended vaccine schedules for all age groups and recommend updates to immunization requirements for schools, child care facilities, and postsecondary institutions

If two-thirds of the advisory council votes that the commissioner is not adequately considering its recommendations, the council may override and publish its own vaccine schedules to serve as state schedules for at least six months

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the general fund to the commissioner of health in fiscal years 2027-2029 to support the advisory council
