Public utilities and cooperative electric associations subject to rate regulation must submit annual revenue reports to the commission beginning April 30, 2027

Reports must include total authorized revenue for the preceding calendar year and total actual revenue collected from customers during that same period

Revenue data must be broken down separately for base rates and each individual bill rider

The commission may require additional information through rule or order
