Law enforcement agencies must disclose product information (name, product number, and total quantity) about chemical irritants, smoke screens, and diversionary devices upon request to building owners, tenants, insurers, and remediation service providers

The Commissioner of Public Safety must create a standard notification form informing recipients that chemical irritants were used, specialized cleanup may be needed, and contact information for obtaining more details

Disclosure requirements apply notwithstanding data classification rules under Chapter 13 (Minnesota Government Data Practices Act)

The standard form must be provided to law enforcement agencies and local government units at no cost upon request
