Authorizes the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency to issue up to $200,000,000 in additional housing infrastructure bonds beyond previously authorized amounts

Establishes annual debt service transfers from the general fund to the housing infrastructure bond account each July 15, beginning in 2028 and continuing through 2049

Requires the agency to certify annually to the commissioner of management and budget the actual debt service amount on each bond series

Appropriates funds from the general fund to cover the debt service payments on the new bond authorization

Takes effect the day following final enactment
