Agencies must negotiate a single-occupancy monthly room and board rate add-on of up to $1,000 per month for housing support recipients who cannot live with others in licensed community residential settings, with annual adjustments tied to MSA equivalent rate changes

The commissioner must consult with stakeholders to periodically review and update the format for collecting and submitting rate exception requests for individuals with exceptional needs

By December 1, 2025, the commissioner must submit federal waiver amendments to cover repair of property damage caused by individuals receiving services under environmental accessibility adaptations
