Tax revenues must fund construction of a new judicial center, with project costs capped at $45,000,000 plus associated bonding costs

County may issue bonds up to $45,000,000 plus issuance costs; bonds are excluded from county debt limitations and do not require a separate bond election

Tax expires at the earlier of 30 years after first imposed or when sufficient revenue has been collected to cover project and bond costs

Effective upon compliance by Waseca County's governing body and chief clerical officer with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021
