Amends Minnesota Statutes section 342.185 to exclude operators of municipal cannabis stores from the definition of "true party of interest" in cannabis business licensing

Persons who contract with a city or county to operate a municipal cannabis store under section 342.32, subdivision 5 would no longer be subject to true party of interest disclosure and background check requirements
