Amends Minnesota Statutes section 151.01 to exclude the use of flavoring agents from the legal definition of "compounding" a drug

Adds a new statutory definition for "flavoring agent" as a therapeutically inert, nonallergenic substance consisting of inactive ingredients added to improve a drug's taste and palatability

Pharmacies adding flavoring to medications would no longer be subject to compounding regulations, which typically involve stricter oversight and requirements
