Removes two eligibility requirements for school districts to levy for swimming pool operating costs: the county population density requirement (10 or fewer persons per square mile based on 2000 census) and the international border requirement

Retains only the requirement that the school district's home office be located in a county with more than one school district within its boundaries

Levy amount remains capped at the net actual costs of operating the swimming pool for the previous year, defined as operating costs minus operating revenues and payments from other local governments

Effective for taxes payable in 2027 and later
