Raises the cooperative student support allowance from $1.60 to $2.44 per adjusted pupil unit for fiscal year 2026 and later

Amends appropriations for student support personnel aid, replacing the previously allocated $44,950,000 for fiscal year 2026 and $45,772,000 for fiscal year 2027 with new unspecified amounts

Maintains minimum aid floors of $40,000 for independent/special school districts and $20,000 for charter schools

Takes effect the day following final enactment
