Appropriates $188,922,000 from the outdoor heritage fund for fiscal year 2027 as one-time funding for natural resources conservation projects across Minnesota

Allocates funds across five major categories: Prairies ($35,901,000), Forests ($36,780,000), Wetlands ($32,755,000), Habitats ($81,330,000), and Administration ($2,156,000)

Funds land acquisition, conservation easements, and habitat restoration through partnerships with organizations including Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited, The Nature Conservancy, Minnesota Land Trust, and Trust for Public Land

Establishes a Conservation Partners Legacy Grant Program with $13,611,000 for competitive matching grants up to $500,000 to organizations for habitat protection, with at least $3,500,000 reserved for the seven-county metro area and at least $3,000,000 for first-time applicants

Extends availability of prior appropriations for the St. Louis River Restoration Initiative (to June 30, 2027) and Daylighting Phalen Creek project (to June 30, 2028)
