Allows school districts or curriculum publishers to request that the Department of Education add specific curricula to the approved list after March 3, 2025

Requires curriculum submissions to demonstrate compliance with Read Act requirements, be evidence-based, and include structured literacy components

Imposes a fee on districts or publishers for curriculum review, capped at actual review costs or $3,500, whichever is less

Effective retroactively from March 3, 2025
