Amends Minnesota Statutes 2025 Supplement, section 169.71, subdivision 4a, which governs glazing material exceptions

Maintains existing window tinting exceptions for pickup truck rear windows, van rear/side windows behind driver's seat, funeral vehicles, and limousines

Preserves medical exemption requirements allowing tinted windows with a physician's prescription or statement of medical need, including provisions for family members or those receiving personal care
