Amends Minnesota Statutes section 353.656, subdivision 4, governing disability benefit limitations for the Public Employees Police and Fire Retirement Plan

Removes the requirement that pre-July 1, 2023 disability benefit recipients must either not be required to reapply under section 353.031 or have not yet reached their reapplication deadline to qualify for the older reemployment earnings reduction formula

Simplifies eligibility so that all members who began disability payments before July 1, 2023 are subject to the less restrictive benefit reduction formula (one dollar reduction for every three dollars exceeding the earnings limit)

Maintains the reemployment earnings limit as the greater of the monthly salary at date of disability or 125 percent of the base monthly salary for similar positions

Effective the day following final enactment
