Expands Minnesota's existing physician wellness program statute to cover all state-licensed or registered health care providers, not just physicians licensed under chapter 147

Defines "health care provider wellness program" as a program offering evaluation, counseling, or other services to address career fatigue or work stress-related wellness issues, administered by a 501(c)(6) statewide association representing physicians and osteopaths

Establishes confidentiality protections for provider participation records, making them exempt from discovery, subpoena, and reporting requirements to licensing boards or the commissioner of health, unless the provider voluntarily consents or disclosure is legally required

Grants civil liability immunity to persons, agencies, institutions, facilities, or organizations employed by, contracting with, or operating a health care provider wellness program when acting in good faith

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 214.41, and was referred to the Committee on Health Finance and Policy on March 5, 2026
