Adds a new exemption from wetland replacement plan requirements for agricultural land in seven specific Minnesota counties: Clay, Koochiching, Lake of the Woods, Norman, Roseau, Stearns, and St. Louis

Exemption applies to land planted with annually seeded crops before July 5 in at least 8 of the 10 most recent years prior to any wetland impact

Also covers land used for crop rotation seeding of pasture grass, cover crops, or legumes, or left fallow for crop production purposes in 8 of the 10 most recent years

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 103G.2241, subdivision 1, which governs agricultural activities exempt from wetland replacement requirements
