Extends the expiration date of the city of Little Falls' food and beverage tax authority to July 1, 2056, replacing the previous 30-year sunset provision

Amends Laws 1996, chapter 471, article 2, section 30, subdivision 5, which was previously amended in 2009

Becomes effective the day after Little Falls' governing body and chief clerical officer comply with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3 (local approval requirements)
