Secretary of State must provide any voter and election data to federal agencies or departments upon request, overriding Minnesota's data privacy laws (Chapter 13) and voter registration statutes (Chapter 201)

Data must be provided within 180 calendar days of the request or 90 days before the next regularly scheduled election, whichever comes first

"Voters" is broadly defined to include individuals who attempted but failed to register, those with inactive registrations, and registered voters who never cast a ballot

Effective the day following final enactment, applying to all requests made on or after that date
