Eliminates the separate health services executive initial license fee ($250) and renewal license fee ($250) from the Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports fee schedule

Standardizes the initial license fee at a flat $250, removing the previous tiered structure that charged $250 for licenses issued July-December and $100 for licenses issued January-June

Expands the duplicate document fee to explicitly include permits and certificates in addition to licenses, all at $50

Renumbers the remaining fee categories (from 21 items to 19) following the elimination of health services executive-specific fees

All fee revenue continues to be deposited in the state government special revenue fund for exclusive use in sustaining board operations
