Adds physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to the list of health professionals eligible for Minnesota's Health Professional Education Loan Forgiveness Program under Minnesota Statutes section 144.1501

Eligible physical therapists and physical therapist assistants must agree to practice in designated rural areas or underserved urban communities to qualify for loan forgiveness

Participants must commit to a minimum three-year full-time service obligation beginning no later than March 31 following completion of required training

Appropriates $500,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2027 to the Commissioner of Health specifically for loan forgiveness for eligible physical therapists and physical therapist assistants
