Commissioner of Health must identify, approve, and make educational materials available to health care providers, and review the protocol and materials by July 1, 2031, then at least every five years thereafter

Beginning July 1, 2026, the commissioner must review hospital educational videos at least every five years to ensure accuracy, seeking input from prevention experts and removing any videos that lack essential information

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund in fiscal year 2027 to the Commissioner of Health to support these educational activities
