Substantive changes to K-12 education funding programs that impact the majority of school districts and charter schools enacted after March 1 of any calendar year become effective July 1 of the following calendar year

Creates new section 127A.02 in Minnesota Statutes establishing "orderly timeframe for K-12 education changes"

Effective date for these requirements is July 1, 2027
