Annual reporting to the legislature is required starting December 15, 2028, including data on number and types of reports received, school responses, false reports, and demographic information on students subject to disciplinary actions

Nonpublic schools may voluntarily implement anonymous reporting systems but are exempt from mandatory compliance requirements
