Agency commissioners must report to legislative committee chairs and ranking minority members within 30 days when a petition challenging the validity of an agency rule is filed with the court of appeals

When a court declares an agency rule invalid for violating constitutional provisions, exceeding statutory authority, or improper adoption procedures, the agency head must report to legislative committees within 30 days with the court's decision

Agencies must provide legislative committees with copies of writs of certiorari within 30 days when petitions for judicial review of contested case decisions are filed

Agencies must also report court decisions on contested case appeals to legislative committees within 30 days of the court issuing its decision

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 14.44, 14.45, and 14.63 to add these legislative notification requirements
