Annual market analysis must now assess the number of licenses issued, recommendations on license availability, market stability, supply sufficiency, impact of unregulated sales, and integrity of the medical cannabis patient registry

Removes detailed funding recommendation requirements previously mandated for education programs, law enforcement training, drug recognition experts, drug detection canine replacement, and social services

Adds new requirement for the annual report to include assessments of cannabis-impaired driving data, secondhand smoke effects, mental health service utilization, and first episode psychosis program information

Requires the Office of Cannabis Management to collaborate with 10 specified state agencies and organizations including Departments of Health, Public Safety, Education, and Human Services to support cannabis-related education, prevention, and public safety initiatives
