Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256.9752 to update terminology from "seniors" and "senior citizens" to "older adults" throughout the senior nutrition programs statute

Adds a new program goal requiring coordination with health and long-term care systems, emergency preparedness systems, and other stakeholders supporting older adult health and wellness

Establishes a food delivery support account in the special revenue fund, with annual appropriations to the Commissioner of Human Services for grants to nonprofit organizations providing food transportation to food-insecure Minnesotans with limited mobility, disability, age-related challenges, or resource constraints

Expands allowable nutrition support services to include medically tailored meals, technology tools, and partnerships with food shelves, food pantries, and farmers

Grants area agencies on aging authority to determine appropriate use of nutrition support funds based on local needs and allows transfer of unused nutrition support funding to congregate dining and home-delivered meal services
