Extends the city of St. Paul's local sales tax expiration date from December 31, 2042 to December 31, 2060, an 18-year extension

Allows the city to terminate the tax earlier by ordinance if desired

Permits remaining funds after project completion and bond retirement to be placed in the city's general fund

Becomes effective the day after the St. Paul governing body and chief clerical officer comply with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3
