$8,900,000 appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Waseca for sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements

Funds will design, construct, and engineer improvements to reduce inflow and infiltration into the sewer system and increase conveyance capacity, including reconstruction of the Nelson Lift Station

Appropriation covers reconstruction of streets, roadways, sidewalks, and other infrastructure within project areas

No nonstate matching funds required from the city of Waseca

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $8,900,000; effective the day following final enactment
