Changes the deadline for the DNR Commissioner's public inventory of department-administered lands from November 15 to January 15 of each even-numbered year

Simplifies the land inventory requirements to include only parcels held in fee title by the state, removing references to withdrawn lands, easements, and property values

Removes requirements to report on wild/scenic/recreational rivers, public hunting grounds, shooting grounds, food and cover planting areas, and lands acquired since the last report

Adds requirement to list lands acquired or conveyed out of department ownership during the previous biennium

Changes state nursery planting stock production reports from annual to biennial submission to the legislature
