Amends Minnesota Statutes section 349.181, subdivision 3, to create an exception to existing gambling participation restrictions for lessor employees

Lessor employees who work at premises with lawful gambling may now play pull-tab games at that same premises when they are off duty and outside their working hours

Current law prohibits organization employees, lessor employees, and volunteers involved in conducting electronic linked bingo, pull-tabs, tipboards (over 32 chances), or paddlewheel games from playing those games at the premises for two weeks after involvement

The new exception applies only to pull-tab games and only to lessor employees; it does not extend to organization employees or volunteers, nor to other game types like bingo, tipboards, or paddlewheels
