Requires the Department of Children, Youth, and Families to submit an annual program integrity report to the legislature beginning November 30, 2026, covering maltreatment investigations, licensing data, child care assistance program fraud investigations, and correction orders issued over the past five years.

Requires the Department of Human Services to submit a separate annual program integrity report to the legislature beginning November 30, 2026, covering background studies, licensing activities, and financial fraud investigations.

Reports from both departments must include updates from their respective Offices of Inspector General on capacity to meet licensing demands and historical metrics spanning five years.

Department of Human Services report must specifically address provider medical assistance managed care investigations, screening investigations, and major fraud investigation updates from the Financial Fraud and Abuse Investigations Division.

Reports are submitted to chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative committees with jurisdiction over children, youth, and families (for DCYF) and human services (for DHS).
