Increases total Department of Agriculture appropriations from $58,957,000 to $59,306,000 for FY2026 and from $56,052,000 to $56,072,000 for FY2027, with funds from the General Fund and Remediation Fund.

Raises funding for wolf damage compensation to livestock from $275,000 to $485,000 in the first year and from $250,000 to $270,000 in the second year, with a base of $175,000 in FY2028 and thereafter.

Increases elk crop and fence damage compensation from $255,000 to $394,000 in the first year, maintaining $230,000 in the second year, with a base of $155,000 in FY2028 and thereafter.

Adds $420,000 in the first year and $924,000 in the second year to support current services within the Protection Services subdivision.

Effective the day following final enactment.
