Amends Minnesota Statutes section 326B.33 to allow journeyworker electricians and power limited technicians to work under supervision of a master electrician employed "either directly or through joint employment" by the same employer, expanding beyond the previous direct employment requirement

Requires unlicensed individuals performing electrical work to be employed by a licensed electrical contractor, replacing the prior requirement that they simply share "the same employer" as their supervisor

Permits journeyworker electricians to work for "a licensed contractor" rather than specifically "the contractor," clarifying employment relationship language for contractor work arrangements

Maintains existing supervision ratios: licensed individuals may supervise no more than two unlicensed individuals for general electrical work, or three unlicensed individuals for technology circuits or systems work
