Exempts workers under age 15 from the Minnesota Paid Leave Law by excluding them from the definitions of "covered employment" and "employee" under Minnesota Statutes section 268B.01

Adds individuals under 15 to the existing list of exclusions, which already includes self-employed individuals, independent contractors, and seasonal employees

Amends two subdivisions (15 and 17) of the state's paid leave statute to implement the age-based exemption

Employers of workers under 15 would not be required to provide paid leave benefits or make contributions to the paid leave program for these young workers
