Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 216C.441, subdivision 3, governing the Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority's general powers

Clarifies that money received as gifts, grants, or interests in money or personal property on behalf of the state must be deposited in the authority's account under subdivision 11

Maintains the authority's existing powers including hiring staff, entering contracts with Tribal governments and other entities, acquiring property, and providing technical services for greenhouse gas emissions reduction projects

Technical clarification ensures proper handling and accounting of external funds accepted by the authority for climate innovation activities
