Requires dental organizations to pay dentists directly for dental care services when an enrollee submits a written request

Applies to all dentists regardless of whether they participate in the dental organization's provider network (in-network or out-of-network)

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 62Q.78, by adding subdivision 9

Gives enrollees control over directing where their dental insurance payments are sent
