Authorizes the city of Mankato to issue an on-sale wine and malt liquor license to Minnesota State University, Mankato

Permits the license to cover non-contiguous spaces across campus, as long as all areas are within campus boundaries and listed on the license application

Allows alcohol sales on all days of the week to persons attending events at the Taylor Center, subject to standard Minnesota hours and days of sale restrictions

Effective upon approval by the Mankato City Council
