Extends temporary nursing permits from 60 to 90 days for applicants seeking licensure by endorsement who are already licensed in another state, territory, or Canadian province

Applies to both professional and practical nursing temporary permits issued by the Board of Nursing

Permits remain valid until the board acts on the application or until the time limit expires, whichever occurs first

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 148.212, subdivision 1
